Inkspirations Challenge #72 - Daisy Birthday

Hithere, it's been a very exciting week for the Byl family with the arrival of Josiah Bryn!  Big congratulations to Makeesha, Rod, Tiarne, Elijah, Mali & Jaye!

Now, onto this week's challenge:-

I have done something a little different (for me) & used a really big flower, with solid blocks of colour:-

I die-cut four layers of the largest daisy & then a single layer of the smallest daisy, curled all the petals & then finished it off with a gorgeous antique brad.

The card itself is very simple, with an embossed sentiment & white sponging around the edges.

For more inspiration on how to use this great sketch, go check out the rest of the team at Inkspirations.  Hope you are inspired to play along with us this week:-

This is really lovely, Helen. Even though it's a departure from your usual style, it is very 'stylish'! That gorgeous antique brad is the perfect finishing touch.

I like how crisp the white embossing looks against the dark cardstock, and that big bloom is so pretty!

Just LOVE the big flower and the decorative brad in the middle is perfect. Greta take on this week's colours.

What a clean and summery card, Helen! Gorgeous!
I have missed popping by to visit ... but family issues have been a big distraction over the last few weeks. I am looking forward to scrolling back through your recent posts and checking out your fab inspiration ... but won’t have time to comment on each! Thanks for all your special thoughts and prayers over recent days. Hugs xxaxx
