Aloha!! Michelle Perkett's Studio Aloha DT Blog Hop

Aloha (Hello) everyone & welcome to the MPS Aloha DT Blog Hop! 

The purpose of this Hop is to say a great big THANKYOU (Aloha) to all the ladies who have been members of Michelle's first two Design Teams.  These ladies have worked extremely hard over the past six months to bring us awesome challenges & wonderful & amazing inspirations pieces every week!  Thank you so much to Cabio, Carlie, Gini, Ileana, Jana, Jean, Kerri, Lynne, Nancy, Pattie, Rhonda, Tammy & Terri.

A big thank you to Michelle too, without her we wouldn't have such beautiful images to play with!!!  Thanks Michelle.

Michelle provided us with a cute image called Leilani to create our hop projects.  I have added Leilani to a card & a glass:-

The image on the glass has been cut from signwriter's vinyl & adhered to the glass - something to use so you can feel like you are on holidays every day!!!

The card is a little tote bag, perfect for someone heading off on a beach holiday.  (Wish that was me!)

It has been made from SU cardstock, covered with DSP & machine stitched around the edges.  Leilani has been printed onto watercolour paper, coloured with stamp pad inks & an aquapainter & then added to the tote with dimensional dots.

The card has an "exploding" insert, which opens out when you open the card - lots of fun for the recipient.  :)
