The best thing about our wonderful craft of stamping is meeting & making friends with lots of lovely people. One of these friends, Susan, very kindly lent me her motorcycle stamp recently, so I could make a card for a bit of a bike enthusiast. Thank you Susan. *Waving :)*
Here's how it turned out:-
The black stripes have been given a "knobbly tyre" feel, by rolling the strips through a crimper, then putting them back through the crimper again a second & third time at a 45 degree angle.

Fabulous textures!!! They are PERFECT for the image. And your soft colors behind that motorcycle make it the absolute focus!!
This is fabulous! Love the EF you used on the silver and the image is fabulously coloured. Perfect touch with the rivet!! Great use of this week's sketch :)
Ooh, I LOVE how you've used this week's sketch, Helen. Fantastic card - the texture and colours are great. My favourite part is the placement of the sentiment through the grommet; genius, my friend!!
Great male card Helen...you do them so well :) Not my fave theme as you know. I like the pretty, girly things lol Your friend will LOVE this :)
Hugs xx
It looks like the EF was made for that stamp! Very cool masculine card, Helen! Bravo!

I love this card! You found the perfect embossing folder - the big brad thingy is another perfect touch. Great card!!
Fabbo, Helen. Where do you get such wonderful inspiration for things like the banner through the circle? I have decided I am a dull cardmaker! Hugs xxaxx
Hi Helen,
Wish I'd seen this when I was looking for motorcycle cards to CASE. Very cool, love the tip about the crimper.
